Shipping & Returns


All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will ship the same business day, provided all ordered items are currently in stock.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • USPS

Tetron Marine ships from fulfillment locations in New Jersey and/or Florida, United States.

International orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refund Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only.
  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements listed below.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variation? We’re happy to help.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Inventory is not reserved for exchanges.
  • Requested exchange items may become unavailable before the return is processed.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

This policy applies to purchases made through our website.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be received at our fulfillment center within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be:
    • unused
    • unworn
    • uninstalled
    • in original packaging
    • in new and resellable condition
  • All original tags, labels, manuals, and packaging materials must remain intact.

Items showing signs of use, wear, installation, damage, odors, or missing packaging may be rejected and returned to the customer without refund.

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Before returning any item, customers must contact us to obtain a:

Returns received without a valid RAN may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please include the following:

  • Invoice number
  • Order number
  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)

inside the package and in your email or contact request.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

The following items are non-refundable:

  1. Final sale items
  2. Flash sale items
  3. Promotional or free gift items
  4. Used, damaged, worn, or altered items
  5. Items returned with fragrances, odors, or signs of use
  6. Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
  7. Shipping charges (unless caused by our shipping error)

Packing Requirements

Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging.

Please do not place shipping labels or tape directly on manufacturer packaging or product boxes.

Items returned with damaged or altered packaging may be considered non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Banks and credit card providers may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and approved:

  • Exchanges are typically shipped within 1–2 business days
  • A tracking number will be emailed once the replacement item ships

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive/pick up a package and the shipment is returned to us:

  • Return shipping costs and carrier fees may be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

Please use our contact form or email support to initiate your request and receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Including the RAN and order information allows us to process returns and exchanges quickly and accurately.

Without a valid RAN, we may be unable to identify or process the returned package.
